Alo World INC Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the standards for proper use of Alo World services to ensure safety, security, and legal compliance.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 You agree to use Alo World services lawfully and in good faith.
2.2 You must provide accurate and current information and update it as needed.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Alo World services to:
- Engage in or facilitate illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Transmit or distribute unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to networks, accounts, or systems.
- Introduce malicious software or viruses.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
- Violate intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
- Disrupt or degrade service performance.
- Use calling cards or software to circumvent legal restrictions or to make fraudulent calls.
4. Calling Cards Usage
4.1 Calling cards do not support emergency services (E911) and should not be used for emergency calls.
4.2 Cards are non-expiring and may be used until credit is exhausted.
4.3 Use of calling cards is subject to verification processes to prevent fraud, including phone verification on first use.
4.4 Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
4.5 Calling cards may only be used within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the Caribbean using approved access numbers.
5. Security and Account Protection
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5.2 Notify Alo World immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
6. Enforcement
6.1 Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
6.2 Alo World reserves the right to investigate violations and cooperate with legal authorities if necessary.
7. Changes to this Policy
Alo World may update this AUP periodically by posting the revised version on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
